Do I Have to Report? Actually, Yes!

Mandated Reporting.  Everyone’s favorite topic.  Well, not really. 

 

There will inevitably come a time in your career (or maybe even in your internship, like me) that you feel that there is a mandate to report. 

 

The 2 Principles:

  • Is there imminent harm for the person (suicide for example)?

  • Is there imminent harm from this person towards another?
